Many clinic employees often work focused on only one component of the value chain of a hospital without being able to overlook the whole system. Therefor this course will provide all relevant basics that hospital employees ought to know about the German health system. This includes e.g. the historical developements, the developement of the social laws, the construction of the social security (SGB I-XII), the sectoral building, ambulatory care, staionary care, rehabilitation, integrated care, the financing ( general health insurance/private health insurance, health fonds, structural risk adjustment), the theory of the DRG-system, the achievement plan of a hospital, alternative ways of cooperation plus process controlling in hospitals (outpatient departments, planning of stationary care, OP including surgery planning, OP key process figures, OP control systems, discharge/lenght of stay control, file processing, complaint management).
About the trainer
Tilo Hütter is an examined male nurse and graduated manager. As project manager and head of quality management he counseled hospital units of the Sana Kliniken AG in the past ten years and has seen and adviced a few dozen other hospitals. He has gone trough various certification methods in his professional routine. He has also developed quality management for hospitals and audited a number of others. In addition he is an expert for risk management and a popular lecturer at several universities.
